We are the Boys to Men Mentoring Network. We inspire men to mentor boys. We build communities of good men. We help boys become better men.

• In 13 years we have grown from a local San Diego program to a worldwide network of 30 Boys to Men centers in U.S., Canada, Europe and South Africa.
• Over 4500 boys and men have joined our community.
• Our program works! Our studies prove the effectiveness and lasting, positive impact of our program.
• We have done all this with just one full time employee and thousands of committed volunteers.

Our 2020 vision is

• 70 successful Boys to Men centers.
• Over 10,000 new mentors in our network.
• A worldwide community that mentors 17,000 more boys.
• A thriving Boys to Men International Center.

To create this vision we will

• Raise $8.5 million over the next 10 years.
• Hire, recruit, and inspire the staff, volunteers and visionaries required to implement our 2020 Vision plan.
• Bring together the best people, business practices and technology to create a world class organization focused on supporting our boys.

A single boy who turns to a life of crime or drug abuse can cost his community $1.7–$2.3 million over his lifetime.1 It costs much less to support a boy during his teenage years than to deal with the consequences of a lifetime of poor choices.
